We saw Kelly today and she helped us find exactly what we wanted! She was incredibly helpful and nice to work with, we are super excited about our furniture that's coming in the next few weeks. After we finish this project, we are coming back to redo my husband's office and are thrilled as we saw so many awesome things that he wants. They have a huge selection, you can special order, and even have pieces custom made. The prices are awesome! The furniture is extremely high quality, wood, and the finishes are premium. I am so happy we found this place!

We had an amazing experience with this furniture company from start to finish. The customer service with Dawn was excellent, communication was clear throughout the process, and the quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations. We’ve had such a great experience at Headsprings Depot. We purchased several items for our home and all have been excellent quality. Dawn was so incredibly knowledgeable and really helped us make informed decisions on sizing, production, etc. She’s so patient and accommodating and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I’ll also say they did a great job in making sure our purchases were perfect. We ordered coffee table and upon delivery, the tabletop had a giant scratch in it. The delivery guys immediately called into the warehouse and had a replacement table top delivered within about 30 mins. They hung around until it arrived to make sure it was correct. Their delivery guys were so kind and helpful and we appreciated their help. Overall, Headsprings Depot has been a great company to work with and we can’t recommend them enough.

We recently moved to TN and needed furniture for our new house. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us and were so friendly! The entire staff was so nice and accommodating, they answered all our design questions and offered great design advice. We were so happy to learn that they can hold purchased items till we need them, this was important to us since we are doing construction to our home and don’t need the furniture right away. We’re thrilled with our new furniture. Best experience and customer service! We will be a repeat customer for sure!

New to the area and furishing my place from the ground up. After going to numerous furniture stores to look for a sofa somehow found this family owned company. Beautiful furniture made for the most part in North America, as opposed to cheap imports carried by most retailers. They were having a sale. I wandered around and found an incredibly comfortable sofa that was the perfect size for my small space. Love the construction and was told it was made in the US which was one of the things I had been looking for. Incredibly sturdy. And all of the cushions could be removed for cleaning, which is very important when there's pets in the home. Delivery fees were very reasonable, and they were able to schedule me for the following week. It was a quick and easy transaction. The only thing that was disappointing is they don't do deliveries on Saturdays which would be very helpful. Delivery appointment went very smoothly...Great communication day of with arrival time... Jeff and Gains were my delivery team. Courteous and professional and very quick with getting the sofa up the stairs and into my living room. Highly recommend a visit to their store especially if you like supporting local businesses.

We have purchased several rooms of furniture from HSD and have always been pleased. The selection, quality, prices and customer service are great! We ordered a special order sectional and they updated us on delivery until it arrived. Tracy helped us with every detail and treated us like we were family! She is amazing and is always ready to help when we return for new items. HSD is a Franklin gem!

Unbelievable customer service, staff and owners. Selection is over and beyond what we even expected. Friendly, price worthy and beautiful items f pm primitive vintage to the most beautiful upholstery options and leather new furniture. Bedroom suites to living room to barstools and everything in between. Dawn is our gal as she met us at the door with a beautiful smile and all the information we needed. Jay greeted us as we were on the floor and shared the amazing experience he’s had with being one of the owners and all the tips we needed for a very pleasant shopping experience. As we were leaving, Seth introduced himself and we had a great conversation as well as a few laughs. We will definitely be purchasing as soon as we get back home to West Tennessee and get a little closer to moving in with exact colors and dimensions needed. In fact they want to help us with all of this well. We can’t wait to come back. If you haven’t shopped here hurry in. You won’t regret it I promise

1/30/26 Update (3 to 5 stars): After receiving my review update one of the owners called to apologize and give me an update. It seems my emails had been going to the spam folder. He informed me he was putting in place customer service procedures to prevent this in the future. He also told me the builder of our dining set had our set on 2 prior lists for delivery and it did not arrive. He and his team worked with the manufacturer and did get us our table on the 1/19 delivery as promised. They scheduled delivery with us right away. The table and chairs are beautiful and the built in leaf pull out is amazing. My advice to head springs depot is to be proactive for production delays. For customers know that you may need to wait beyond estimated timeframes. As far as quality this dining set will be around well beyond my days; it is very well made and as far as delivery they did an amazing job. Our wood selection was wormy maple with a natural stain. See the images you can tell it was made with perfection as the goal. I’ve never seen a better sanding job. I appreciate local businesses and I’m proud to own a dining set made in the USA. 1/14/26 Update (5 to 3 stars): Poor Customer Service after placing my order and my order is going to be probably a month late. 3 stars because the ordering process was 5 stars and frankly I don't even have my order 13 weeks later so I can't even tell you how the product is. On 10/13/25 we ordered a custom dining table and chairs for our new house we planned to close on in Dec. We had been told ETA 9-11 weeks (on my paperwork as well). No one told us Mavin Furniture Maker closes down for a week at Thanksgiving and a week at Christmas. Today is 13 weeks since we ordered (still plenty of time even with the holidays). At no point did anyone proactively reach out when out order was not delivered to their warehouse as expected on 1/5/26. Also, in Dec. I recently purchased furniture from Head Springs Depot and I could not be happier with my experience! This wasn’t my first purchase from Head Springs Depot and will not be my last! The quality of the furniture is outanding and the delivery was smooth. A huge thank you to Courtney Cuschieri, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pieces for my home. The attention to detail she took to review my floorplan and help choose the right layout (and measurements) that would work beautifully in my space. I highly recommend Head Springs Depot, and Courtney, to anyone looking for unique, high quality furniture and exceptional service.

I genuinely think I blacked out walking through this store because I could not believe the quality, uniqueness, and prices of these pieces. All of the items either are (or feel & look like) one of a kind; everything was so well made and beautiful. The value is unreal. Tracy was an angel through my entire spiral of excitement and decision making. She was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with while I wandered around rethinking my entire house. She made the experience feel personal. They were also able deliver within 4 days and for $90. I won’t shop anywhere else for furniture.
